How Do I Place An Order?
You can place an order by
- selecting the product of your choice and add to the cart.
- proceed to the cart and click checkout.
- On the cart page, enter your correct billing details and shipping details and click place order.
- Save or write your order for confirmation or tracking use in the future.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can give us a call to cancel the order for you.

You don’t need an account to place an order but you need an account to perform some advance operations on our website such as Tracking orders, keeping wishlist’s, Ratings, downloads, etc. Having an account with us enables you to get the best from our website.
How Do I Compare Products?
Using a computer:
You can click on the compare text right right beneath the “Add to Wishlist” when you hover a product till the compare text becomes “added”. You can also open the product and right after the “Add to Wishlist” text, you’ll see the Compare text.
How Many Products Can I compare At A Time?
You can compare up to 10 products at a time. However, the view you get is device specified. Some devices can give you the opportunity to slide sideways to view more when you have multiple rows that tends to be wider than the screen size. We recommend you compare with a computer system when you want to compare more than 3 products.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
It takes 1 – 3 working days to get your package when you are in our local zone. However, outside our local zone will depend on the logistics Company in use.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We have 3 Shipping methods available.
- Flat Rate Pickup – This is our usual pickup for anywhere within Lagos State and anywhere in sango, Ogun state.
- Self or Local Pickup – This method gives room for our customers to pick up their product(s) at our head office after purchasing it on line.
- International Pickup – This method is for customers outside our local zone (lagos state and Sango, Ogun state). The charges are different as they depend on the distance and logistics company in use.
