Warranty Policy

  • Phones with SCRATCHLIQUID or PHYSICAL DAMAGE will not be accepted.
  • Receipt must be presented.
  • PHONE BOX with Liquid Damage or Tear will not be accepted for Swap
  • Phones can ONLY be swapped within 7 DAYS of purchase if found faulty.
  • Warranty does NOT cover accessories.
  • After 7 DAYS of purchase, no device swap but ONLY faulty components will be replaced through warranty
